Your browser tracks 17 body keypoints and turns them into a plain-language injury risk score. Shin splints, runner's knee, IT band — we flag what's brewing before it bites.

3. Fix it with drills + lifestyle
Every flag comes with a 2-minute drill that fixes it. A daily 15-second lifestyle check-in (sleep, soreness, fueling) shapes your plan so you recover as well as you train.
Privacy by default
Pose detection runs entirely in your browser. We only save the computed numbers and one still-frame thumbnail to your account. Your raw video stays in memory and is discarded when you leave the page.
