We want you to be confident that FormStride is the right tool for your training. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Reply to your Paddle order receipt email with your refund request, or
  • Contact us via the FormStride website and we will forward your request to Paddle.

Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the current billing period. Cancellation alone is not a refund — request a refund separately if you want one within the 30-day window.

Beyond 30 days

Refund requests outside the 30-day window are handled in line with the Paddle Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected by this policy.
